Like the TPQ, the SPQ has also been redesigned. It is constructed of heavy gauge steel and gives accurate control through 110 degrees of travel (85 alpha, 25 beta). The new design now offers a thrust reversing detent. The detent works by lifting the throttle lever over a gate (pulling it toward you) and then dropping the lever past idle and into reverse thrust. Flight Link is the only desktop flight control manufacturer to offer such a feature.
The SPQ is compatible with two of the current Flight Link flight consoles (AV-B and
AV-IFR). We also offer a stand alone USB version (non-EPIC) of this power quadrant as well. With aesthetically accurate knobs and smooth in-line travel, we guarantee it to be the most realistic single engine power quadrant available.
