Kendall-Jackson Vineyard Estates, a Santa Rosa, CA company, has recently purchased a CAT II Flight Simulator modeled after the Raytheon King Air 350.  The simulator will be used for instrument training, startup, shutdown, normal and emergency procedures as well as approaches.

The CAT II will accurately replicate the layout of the King Air as well as the flight modeling and visuals.  The CAT II will also have a software package to replicate the performance found in the Pilatus PC12.

The simulator is scheduled for delivery in Spring of 2005.
